Yes. All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. We use containerized tenant isolation so your data is completely separated from other customers. Our infrastructure is GDPR-native by design, with regular security assessments and access controls.

All primary infrastructure is hosted on Hetzner servers in Germany, within the European Union. This ensures compliance with EU data residency requirements and GDPR regulations. AI processing via Anthropic's API is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Select27 offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing is managed securely through Stripe. You can view your current plan, update payment methods, and download invoices from Settings > Billing in your dashboard.

Yes. Go to Settings > Members to invite team members by email. Select27 features role-based access control with granular permissions, so you can define exactly what each team member can see and do across all 27 modules.

SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) is available on Business and Enterprise plans. This allows your team to authenticate using your existing identity provider such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.

All modules support data export in CSV and JSON formats. Navigate to any module, use the export function in the toolbar, and choose your preferred format. You can also use the REST API for programmatic data access.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the entire platform, including all 27 modules and Solomon AI. No credit card is required to start your trial.

When your 14-day trial ends, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be paused but your data is retained for 90 days, giving you time to decide or export your data.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan and select "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
